Officer - Ashley Refshauge

Officer Ashley Refshauge has proudly served with the Tustin Police Department since 2022, where she currently works in patrol, often opting for the night shift. Before joining law enforcement, she built a career in the fitness industry, which continues to fuel her passion for health, wellness, and helping others.

A blue belt in jiu-jitsu, Officer Refshauge is a dedicated member of Tustin PD's Arrest and Control Team (ACT), where her skills and fitness play an essential role. She is also part of the department's recruitment team, regularly attending events like police fitness challenges and Spartan races to inspire and attract future officers.

Officer Refshauge serves on the Tustin PD Wellness Committee, blending her expertise in fitness with her commitment to law enforcement, supporting the well-being of fellow officers and staff.

Growing up in a military family on Camp Pendleton, public service runs deep in her roots. Her family members have served as Marines, firefighters, ER nurses, and in law enforcement. Outside of work, Officer Refshauge enjoys spending quality time with her family and continues to compete in bodybuilding competitions.
